Poker is a popular card game played with chips, often in casinos, clubs, or homes. Its popularity has spread throughout the world. The most common games are played with a 52-card deck of cards. Depending on the variant, a player can shuffle or have a dealer shuffle the cards.<\/p>\n
Before the start of a round of poker, the player must place a number of chips in the pot. If the player does not have enough chips to place in the pot, he or she can ask the dealer to shuffle more cards into the pot.<\/p>\n
